A new course from Quara Consulting & Training designed to acquire the competence and ability to determine the processes of the organization's quality management system, in order to have the complete configuration of a process, for which you will be able to understand and apply a methodology and tool based on the PDCA cycle (Plan - Do - Verify and Act) that provides support to establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve the quality management system established in the organization, according to the requirements established in the Standard ISO 9001: 2015.
